Over the 15 years of its existence, we have conducted more than 145 transactions, with a total value of well overPLN 4.5 billion . The result consists of more than 40 corporateM&A transactions , more than 40 equity issues (IPOs and SPOs) on the WSE’s regulated markets and the NewConnect ATS, and more than 65 corporate bond issues.
As of 2021, we have our own crowdfunding platform that allows potential investors to learn about pre-IPO public offerings of companies in an easy and accessible way.
